MCU GPIO pins use 3.3V signaling, can be programmed for general purpose input or output, or alternatively as thier special functions (timers, ADC, etc.).  FPGA speed rating is upper limit and dependent on user design.  FPGA LV-TTL pins programmable for either input or output.  Board requires 3.3V power, and 3.3V signaling for LV-TTL.  Partial spec., see MCU and FPGA device data sheets for complete device specifications.
